If you’ve played tennis long enough, you know this feeling:
You practice well.
You train hard.
You hit freely.
Coaches, hitting partners, or friends, think, “this is a great player.”
But the moment it “matters”… at a tournament or a match you care about... your mind races; body tightens; and you become a shadow of yourself. The level of play you find so consistently in practice… just disappears.
Most players blame themselves:
“I’m mentally weak.”
“I don’t have the killer instinct.”
“I always choke.”
“There must be something wrong with me.”
None of that is true.
Mental skills are not fixed traits. They are trainable skills.
And the only reason nobody taught them to you earlier is because tennis culture still relies on clichés, myths, and vague advice instead of actual inputs from sport psychology research and qualified and educated practitioners.
This course fixes that—for free.

Hey, I’m Malhar. I’m an MS(c) in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology, CMPC® in-training, and a PTR-certified coach.
I’ve been: a collegiate player, a collegiate coach, a former Director of Tennis at a public facility, and a guy who absolutely struggled with match anxiety for years. I’ve now shifted my focus into getting properly educated and credentialed to work as a sport psychology professional.
I wish I’d had this kind of education when I was trying to play competitively. My goal with this course is simple: help you understand mental skills so you stop thinking that “something’s wrong” with you, and so that you start seeing what’s actually trainable—your mental skills.
✔ 7 short, digestible lessons
✔ Research-backed explanations
✔ Real tennis examples
✔ Questions to reflect on
✔ No spam, no hype, no pseudo-science
✔ Just value (the kind I wish I had when I was competing)
